Here's something silly for the weekend.
These disturbingly cute knits are from a booklet (no ISBN as far as I can tell) I purchased in Japan for Jill and the lovely Miss Ada. I bought it at a store called Craft World in Osaka's really cool mall, Namba Parks.
I'm able to post it now because I finally sent it off to her.
Isn't this hat and kerchief adorable?
However, I do believe the hat and scarf below are my favorite. Don't all stylish little doggies need accessories?
Ada will look fabulous in those accessories!
Maybe I should try to get hold of that book so I can make some stuff for my dad's Chihuahua.

Amy! I love the book. I thought I had lost it though. I brought it to work one day and then it disappeared. I finally found it yesterday hiding in a bag that the Baby Sweater of Doom was in. I've been trying to find it for a week to post pictures of it!

Laura- Aren't they great? I especially love the chihuahua drawing I used in the header graphic.

Waaaai- that's so cute! Hmm,I already wanted to make a cute scarf for my dog. But he's a sturdy Lab, so I'm not sure if he likes to be cute ^__-;;

My dog barely tolerates her leash - I'm not sure how she'd react to a hat and scarf set!

i keep coming back to this post to look. i'm longing for a little doggie. hm, perhaps not so surprising for a childless woman in her mid-30s. baby substitute? for me, i think so.

Yeah, I'm definitely not ready for children, but do wish I could get a puppy. I just don't have the lifestyle to even take care of one. Someday...
